WHAT TO EXPECT

    Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned athlete, our classes are designed for all fitness levels. No prior boxing experience is necessary!

  • Friendly Coaches

    Our expert coaches will teach you the fundamentals and make sure you're comfortable with every workout.

  • Fun, High-Energy Workouts

    Expect full-body workouts that mix boxing, strength, and conditioning. Get ready to sweat and have fun!

FIRST CLASS

  • Arrive Early

    Get to the gym 10-15 minutes early so we can get you set up.

  • Hand Wraps

    We’ll teach you how to properly wrap your hands to protect them during class.

  • Boxing Gloves

    If you don’t have your own, we have gloves for you to purchase ($55) or rent ($5).

  • What to Wear

    Athletic wear and indoor sneakers (please change into your sneakers in the studio) are all you need!
