HERE’S HOW THE CHALLENGE WORKS

You’ll have unlimited access to all our classes for 28 days, giving you the flexibility to mix and match workouts. Whether it’s Boxing Bootcamp, SPINBOX, Rope, Strength & Abs, or Boxing Skills & Drills, each class is designed to fit together as part of one effective program. You’ll get a taste of the full Firicano Boxing experience while enjoying a balanced mix of cardio, strength, and boxing technique.

Your mission is to complete 20 classes in 28 days. That’s 5 workouts a week—giving you enough intensity to see results while allowing time for recovery. Don’t worry if you’re a beginner; our classes are designed for all levels, and our coaches will guide you at your own pace.

The Firicano Blueprint: You’ll receive our exclusive ebook filled with valuable boxing tips, nutrition guidance, and training advice to help you make the most of the challenge.

MyZone Activity Band: Track your progress with our MyZone heart rate monitor, which allows you to measure your effort points in real-time during workouts. Your goal is to accumulate 3,500 MyZone effort points (MEPs) over the 28 days—giving you a clear, measurable way to see your improvement.

Nutrition Guide: A step-by-step plan to fuel your body like a Champ.

Nutrition plays a key role in your fitness journey. During the challenge, we encourage you to log your food daily. You’ll follow a balanced, sustainable eating plan (no extreme diets here) that fuels your workouts and keeps your energy high. We’ll help you make better choices while still enjoying the foods you love.
