Rope, Strength & Abs Class
This Class is the first of its kind! It is a 45 minute Cardio, Strength, and Ab blast. Using the jump rope, weights and your core you will build overall strength and endurance while losing weight and tightening that mid section. A real Calorie scorcher!!
Although this is a non-contact boxing bootcamp, I’d like to start off by saying “ this is not a cardio boxing class!” Through the techniques of a boxer, you will be given a highly intense, fat burning full body workout in an hour-long class! You will learn and utilize the strength and conditioning behind the best conditioned athletes in the world. Classes are instructor led and peer driven, providing an excellent mixture of individual coaching and group motivation. Workouts are constantly varied and unique, ensuring that you always make progress. We combine technique, bag work, focus mitts and jump rope with bodyweight and plyometric exercises to keep the class intense, fun and highly effective!

Kids/Teen Boxing Club
We At Firicano Boxing & Fitness Center are always looking for ways to evolve, get better and bring you the very best in boxing & fitness! Boxing Club has a new format for Kids/Teen boxing that will enhance your child’s experience. We have ” Boxing Club” Monday thru Friday at 3pm – 5pm and Saturdays at 10am. Adding more days, and making the classes co-ed helps with flexability in yours and your child’s schedule during the school year. This new structure will better your childs skills, develop more confidence and keep them more engaged in our program. This new schedule will allow us to bring in “top guest Trainers” time to time from around the professional and amateur community to further benefit your child and get different perspectives from the different styles of each trainer.
All students will be able to attend Monday thru Friday anytime between 3pm – 5pm & Saturday at 10am – 11am.
There will be 3 levels of students (Club Fighters, Prospects & Contenders) separated by different color boxing trunks (white, Blue & Black) and each student will have the opportunity to test to the next level with an outside professional Trainer to climb the ranks and get to the next level.
Each class will start with warm -up and skill work followed by supervised Boxing Stations and a white board workout to follow.
Each class will have a more individual feel for our “boxers” in a group setting so that each “boxer” can develop at their own pace.
Club will be from 3pm to 5pm and our “boxers” will now have the option to stay up t0 5pm to work on their craft or to further condition their bodies in an open gym setting.
*all “boxers” will start at the “club Fighter” (beginner) level.

Using indoor cycling bikes we focus on endurance and strength, using intervals, such as a warm up, steady uptempo cadences, sprints and climbs to ensure a high intensity workout in a small group setting. After a 30 minute ride, it’s time to lace up the gloves and go round for round heavy bag training, using different drills and combinations to finish out the second half of this action packed hour long class. This is a real calorie burner for the person who is motivated to achieve their personal goals.
