Although this is a non-contact boxing bootcamp, I’d like to start off by saying “ this is not a boxing cardio class!” Through the techniques of a boxer, you will be given a highly intense, fat burning full body workout in an hour-long class! You will learn and utilize the strength and conditioning behind the best conditioned athletes in the world. Boxing classes are instructor led and peer driven, providing an excellent mixture of individual coaching and group motivation. Workouts are constantly varied and unique, ensuring that you always make progress. We combine technique, bag work, focus mitts and jump rope with bodyweight and plyometric exercises to keep the class intense, fun and highly effective!
